On August 5-10, 2013 in Daegu city, the Republic of Korea, International student festival "Daegu Youth Camp 2013" was held, arranged by the college «Yeungjin» with the assistance of the Government of Daegu. More than 90 students, including students from Russia, attended the festival.

With the assistance of the Asia and Pacific collaboration Center in Daegu sister-city Saint-Petersburg was presented by the delegation from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, which consisted of 8 people. Welcoming speech of the Russian delegation sounded in three languages: Russian, English and Japanese.

During the festival, the students held the presentation of Russia and Saint-Petersburg, took part in a talent contest and sports games, visited the Korean language lessons, got acquainted with culture of Korea and visited local landmarks. As a result of past events the delegation received an honorary diplomas.
